| Conclusion: |
The first TAIFE-2005 was organized by Department of Industrial Technology, MOEA and implemented by Taiwan Automotive Research Consortium (TARC)*. With enthusiastic participation from domestic and foreign guests and generous patronage of domestic automotive and auto parts manufacturers, TAIFE-2005 has been successfully implemented. The largest outcome is to construct an international exchange platform for the automotive industry in facilitating the experience exchange and mutual learning between domestic manufacturers and large international automakers and auto parts manufacturers.
TAIFE-2005 invited the international famous automakers to share the experiences, to discuss the automotive industry development trend in Asia, the market deployment and the latest technical direction. In the meantime, the forum provided an excellent opportunity for large international automakers and Taiwan automotive and its related manufacturers to conduct the exchange and interaction in further increasing the understanding of Taiwan automotive industry and assisting the manufacturers to explore the international market. Professor Jamie Hsu made the final report to provide the future development opportunity for Taiwan automotive industry.
